Direct Delivery from Taiwan Production Site

All products are manufactured, packaged, and shipped directly from our production facility in Taiwan. Orders are processed with the utmost care and under the highest quality control standards.

Fast Processing

If our items are marked as in stock, we will ship them as soon as payment is confirmed. Please note that we will package the order based on your region to ensure maximum compatibility (e.g., power plugs), unless otherwise requested. We strive to complete your order within 5 business days, but if additional time is required, we will inform you. Please be patient. Low Risk

We work with FedEx, DHL, and EMS, allowing you to choose your preferred shipping method. We will complete all pre-shipment procedures before the order is transferred to the buyer.

Product Warranty

All our products are made in Taiwan. We pay special attention to our quality control and guarantee that we will not ship any order that has not passed our strict internal testing. We guarantee that our products are free from material and workmanship defects for a period of twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase. If the selected product has a six (6)-month warranty, this will apply accordingly. Please make sure to contact your point of purchase first: check our list of authorized dealers.

Limitations

Please note that improper use or unauthorized disassembly of the product will void the warranty and any claims. Demo items may show signs of wear; however, the warranty will still cover the product.
