Important Notes:

Seven-day appreciation period is not a trial period

According to Article 10, Item 2 of the Consumer Protection Act: "It refers to a transaction where the consumer is unable to inspect the goods and concludes the purchase with the business operator via broadcast, television, telephone, fax, catalogs, newspapers, magazines, the internet, leaflets, or similar methods."

Since you cannot see the actual product, you may return it within seven days of receipt or notify the business operator in writing to cancel the purchase without providing a reason. However, please note that appreciation refers to the inspection of the appearance of the product, not the operation or use of it. Trial refers to the actual operation of the product, which may include destructive or non-destructive testing and use.

The Consumer Protection Act protects both the buyer and seller's rights. Appreciation differentiates whether the transaction is established. If only appreciation is performed, the product should not be used, and the transaction is still protected by the law. If the product is unsealed and used, the purchase is considered completed, and the Consumer Protection Act no longer applies.

If the product is unsealed, causing damage to the packaging, or if the product cannot be restored to its original state or resold as new (and there is no defect), the business operator has the right to refuse the return.

Return and Exchange Policy:

In accordance with the law, this website accepts return and exchange requests. To protect your rights, please submit your request within the seven-day appreciation period (including holidays). The product, along with the packaging, instruction manual, etc., must be sent back completely. The end date for the return is based on the shipping invoice or postmark date.

Note on Product Differences:

Due to differences in display settings across various monitors and output devices, the color of the product images on the screen may slightly differ from the actual product. The product's actual specifications, size, and color shall prevail. Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The seven-day appreciation period has passed.
  • The outer packaging is damaged, creased, or severely impacted during transportation, affecting the quality of the product.
  • The product has been damaged by human factors.
  • Any gifts or related items that come with the product are lost or damaged.
  • The product has been unsealed, making it unsellable, or any other factors that compromise the product's integrity, preventing its sale or return to the manufacturer.

Overseas Shipping Time and Regions:

Shipping within Taiwan will be processed within 48 hours on working days (Monday to Friday). No shipments will be made on weekends or public holidays. Please note the following for orders:

  1. The recipient’s name must be written in full in English.
  2. The recipient’s address must include the correct postal code.
  3. Delivery to P.O. boxes is not available.
  4. If the delivery area is remote, a remote area service fee will be charged.
  5. Special reminder: If delivery is not possible due to personal reasons, resulting in the return of the package, the shipment will be canceled. After deducting round-trip shipping fees and related costs, the remaining balance will be refunded.

Only credit card payments are accepted.

Overseas Logistics Delivery Time:

Delivery times vary by region. You can track the shipment status using the tracking number we provide. Overseas deliveries typically take 2 to 7 working days.

Customs and Duties:

Due to varying customs regulations and tax policies in different regions, international packages may be subject to customs duties and taxes. The duty-free limit is determined by local customs authorities. After shipment, all local customs duties and taxes must be borne by the buyer. If the buyer is unable to pay these fees and the package is returned, the round-trip shipping fees and any duties or taxes incurred will be deducted from the refund. Special reminder: For information on possible customs duties and taxes before receiving your package, please refer to the local customs website.

Overseas Returns and Refunds:

If the product does not meet your expectations, please log in to your account within 7 days of receiving the package and contact customer service via the "Order Inquiry" section for the related order. After submitting a return request, return the product to the designated address at your own expense within 7 days, as instructed by customer service. The refund will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned package. Please check your next billing statement. Special reminders:

  1. Returns sent without prior approval or after the return period has expired will not be accepted. If you want the package sent back, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
  2. Choose an appropriate shipping method, as damage or loss of the product or packaging during transit may affect your return rights.
  3. The returned product must be in brand-new condition with original packaging intact. Please ensure the completeness of the product, accessories, gifts, etc., as any omissions or damage may affect your return rights.
